Job Description:

The Client Solutions Manager will report to the Director of Client Solutions, working collaboratively with Sales, Client Operations, Analytics, Technology, and the Leadership team. This individual will serve as the lead for high-profile and custom programs and serve as a subject matter expert.

Objectives and Responsibilities:

1. Manage custom Skipta digital programs independently, focusing on superior customer service.
2. Work closely with senior team members to master and improve client programs.
3. Evaluate programs strategically and identify areas for improvement.
4. Consolidate program learnings and create recommendations.
5. Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) on campaign execution and educate partners on company services.
6. Assist the Director of Client Solutions in creating strategies for increased client retention.
7. Demonstrate leadership qualities and maintain a positive attitude when faced with challenges.

Desired Skills and Expertise:

1. 5+ years’ experience in a client-facing or client support role.
2. Pharmaceutical industry knowledge.
3. Digital Marketing knowledge.
4. Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
5. Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
6. Medical Legal Review (MLR) submission experience is a plus.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Experience with online marketing and analytics.
9. Results-driven and able to work independently in a virtual environment.
10. Strong organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Job Type: Full Time

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $95,000. Salary offers are based on a range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, and education.
