Roofing Project Manager

Seeking a skilled and experienced Roofing Project Manager to oversee and manage residential roofing projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities and qualifications:

• Oversee all phases of roofing projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Manage and coordinate roofing crews, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular site inspections to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, providing updates and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure profitability by managing resources effectively.
• Address and resolve any issues that arise during the project, ensuring minimal disruption to the project timeline and budget.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in residential roofing project management.
• Strong knowledge of roofing materials, installation techniques, and building codes.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• OSHA certification is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a thorough background check.
