Job Description
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional service and ensuring a seamless restaurant operation? We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Full-Time F&B Supervisor to join our team at the Olympic Hotel. This role will work in all aspects of the dining and floor service of our venues. If you have a strong work ethic, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to creating an unforgettable guest experience, we'd love to have you on board!

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily food and beverage operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and health regulations
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver excellent service and improve performance
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to ensure efficient operations
- Adhere & uphold Fairmont Olympic Hotel service standards
- Strive to create a memorable experience and “Turn Moments into Memories” for guests
- Participate in Staff Trainings and Product Knowledge Development
- Perform opening and/or closing duties
- Shift-Coverage of colleagues as needed
- Ability to suggest coaching & disciplinary action for colleagues
- Ensure cleanliness, health & safety protocols, and EHC standards are always met
- Conduct daily briefings and motivate colleagues
- Resolve service & product guest recoveries following standard procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Outlets. IE. Administrative duties, assisting in all aspects of the operation
Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
- Minimum 2 years restaurant/bar experience preferred
- Prior supervisory experience is considered an asset
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remain calm and courteous at all times
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Self-driven & passionate
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team
- Must hold valid authorization to work in the US
- Food Handlers Card and MAST permit required
