We are hiring a Process Improvement Specialist (contractor) to assist with some root cause analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct thorough root cause analysis to identify true root causes of defects.
* Develop and implement process improvement strategies to prevent defects from reaching production.
* Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions and adoption of new processes.
* Facilitate internal communications and collaborations across teams.
* Document strong requirements and ensure they are met.
* Engage with staff and leaders to gather insights and drive improvements.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in root cause analysis and process improvement.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
* Experience in change management and leading teams through transitions.
* Ability to work independently and drive initiatives.
