Position Overview:
The Residential Communities Account Manager is responsible for growing Residential Communities Bulk Revenue and Account Margins through Sales, Retention, Renewals, and Upgrades. They will also be responsible for securing access for the company to provide residential services in new developments. This role involves developing and maintaining relationships with developers, builders, and residential communities within the assigned area.

Position Responsibilities:
- Meet/exceed quarterly and yearly Residential Bulk Revenue and margin goals
- Meet with HOAs, developers, property owners, builders to secure contracts
- Enter and maintain leads and accounts in CRM/Sales Management software
- Prepare and initiate proposals to Residential Bulk prospects
- Ensure accounts acquired receive excellent customer service
- Resolve customer concerns during the service agreement
- Compile and examine all Residential Bulk account records for timely renegotiation
- Maintain ongoing relationship with Residential Bulk customers
Position Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Good written and oral communications skills
- Two years outside sales experience, preferably business to business
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record required
