Django is now seeking a General Manager to lead our excellent team!
Django is a comfortable, brasserie-style restaurant offering everything you love about French cuisine without the attitude. At the heart of Django is an interactive chef station featuring jet-fresh seafood and artisan cheese plates.
The right applicant will have at least 4 years of full service leadership experience. A positive leadership style and a guest-centered approach to hospitality are a must.
This position will be responsible for all aspects of the restaurant, both front and back of house, including:
- Scheduling
- Ordering products
- Inventory management
- Ensuring a great guest experience
- Exceeding guest expectations
- Handling all guest and employee relations
Must be available nights and weekends.
Benefits available include matched 401K, health, dental & vision insurance, and paid time off.
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 or DOE
