The Restaurant Manager will manage the staff and the operation of our establishment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation of our restaurant’s policies and procedures, and will participate in achieving our revenue objectives. The Restaurant Manager will ensure that staff remain compliant with all local, state and federal laws, and that customers' needs are promptly met.


  • Ensure guests receive responsive, friendly, and courteous service at all times.
  • Fill in as necessary to maintain guest service standards and efficient operations.
  • Manage dining room service and server training programs, including scheduling.
  • Adhere to all food safety procedures and sanitary regulations.
  • Keep staff informed and trained on new menu offerings and products.
  • Work with management to meet revenue objectives.
  • Schedule labor based on anticipated business activity and labor cost objectives.
  • Follow company policies regarding handling of cash, property, products, and equipment.
  • Understand and implement all company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Administer prompt and fair corrective action for policy violations.
  • Achieve company objectives in sales, service, quality, and facility appearance.
  • Prepare all required paperwork, reports, and schedules in an organized manner.
  • Ensure equipment maintenance and cleanliness through inspections and preventative programs.
  • Manage product receiving and adhere to the establishment's receiving policies.
  • Ensure consistent preparation and service of food and products according to standards.
