Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection focusing on excellent candidate experience.
- Partner with leadership to identify talent needs and develop workforce planning initiatives.
- Lead onboarding processes to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture.
HR Strategy and Business Support:
- Implement HR policies and programs that align with the firm’s strategic goals and objectives.
- Manage and support employee relations and performance management initiatives.
- Manage the firm’s diversity, equity and inclusion efforts by identifying partner organizations, establishing resource groups, and engaging in activities that foster a diverse and inclusive workforce.
- Partner with Chief Compliance Officer to ensure compliance with all applicable employment law and regulations.
- Partner with PEO provider to manage employee onboarding/offboarding, benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks, to ensure competitive offerings.
HR Business Partnering and Organizational Leadership:
- Support department heads in creating job descriptions, refining role requirements and setting up interview processes that identify the best candidates.
- Assess and address departments' training and development needs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Partner with senior team members to help lead organizational change initiatives, including process improvements that lead to increased efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related field.
- 8-10 years of progressive HR experience with a strong focus on talent and HR management within the financial services industry.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and demonstrated passion for building organizations.
- Highly organized and strong user of CRM.
- Strong experience with MS Office 365 including expert level PowerPoint and Excel skills.

Compensation:
The exact salary will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and performance during the selection process. Employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and other economics. The firm is 100% employee owned providing for material economic wealth creation opportunity.
