WORK ENVIRONMENT
We have an in-office culture with a general work schedule of 8:00am – 5:00pm. Our dress code and appearance policy reflect our commitment to professionalism and our dedication to maintaining a premier standard as a homebuilder.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Sales Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and train a high-performing sales team to achieve company goals.
- Business Development: Drive new business development initiatives to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Sales Process Participation: Actively participate in the sales process to ensure goal achievement.
- Market Analysis: Conduct competitive market/trend analysis to inform strategies and contribute to sales forecasting, budgeting, and goal setting.
- Document Accuracy: Ensure accuracy and prompt submission of sales documents and contracts.
- Event Planning: Organize sales events for brokers and customers to enhance sales opportunities.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain product knowledge through ongoing training and vendor sessions.
- Sales Presentations: Continuously enhance sales presentations to achieve high performance standards.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in business/sales field or associate's degree with equivalent experience.
- 5 years of sales and customer service experience, including leadership in real estate teams and/or new home sales.
- WA, OR, and/or ID Real Estate License required.
- NSS preferred, not required.
- Highly motivated with a drive to achieve sales targets.
- Effective at organization, multitasking, and time management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Skilled negotiator with a proactive problem-solving approach.
- Effectively utilize CRM tools and train team members on CRM usage for thorough lead follow-up.
- Effective presenter, comfortable with public speaking.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to lift to 15 lbs.
Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel locally throughout the metro area.
