How we hire
We’re truly humbled that you’re interested in joining our team! Our hiring manager will reach out to qualified applicants via email if they are invited to move forward in the interview process. Most open positions follow the below process.
Step 1: The introductory interview
We want to learn about your career, what you're looking for in your next role, and why you're excited about Havenly. This is also a great time for you to ask questions and get to know us.
Step 2: The manager interview
Next, you’ll speak with the hiring manager for the role. We’ll do a deep dive into the specifics of the job and the organization as a whole. Make sure to bring all of your nitty-gritty questions.
Step 3: The experiential interview
Next, you get the opportunity to show off your skills and see what it's like to work in this role. This could mean a take-home project, a case interview, or a live working session with your manager.
Step 4: The team interview
Now is the time to meet some of the people that you'll be working with. This could be members of your own team, cross-functional team members, direct reports, or members of our executive team. Each person you meet will share their perspective on the company, our culture, and the specific role.
Step 5: The offer
Yay, we made it! We’re likely crossing our fingers and toes that you’re as excited about us as we are about you. We’ll do our best to make this process quick, informative, and positive. Throughout the offer process, we’ll be available to chat and answer questions.
