About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive to identify and secure new clients through in-person meetings, networking, and attending events. You will play a pivotal role in driving company growth by generating leads and converting them into revenue.

Main Activities:

  • Represent the company at national and local events to connect with potential clients
  • Develop and cultivate business opportunities by tailoring our unique value proposition for senior executives
  • Create and manage lead generation and sales strategies to meet revenue targets

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of sales/client solutions experience
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and client retention
  • Strong understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques
  • Ability to deliver compelling presentations tailored to client needs
  • Native English proficiency or fully bilingual
  • Experience in selling nearshore IT professional services a plus
