RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for contributing to the success of our product line by maximizing volume and revenue performance in a pre-determined environment. We have all the tools to set you up for success. Primarily, we are looking for self-motivated individuals who have experience in selling health supplements or vitamin supplements. In order to continue our growth, we are looking for energetic, professional, motivated people to coach and lead our team of in-house sales people. We are seeking someone who is able to speak and communicate in English; a second language is a plus.

In this leadership role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Planning, developing, and executing the company’s strategic sales plan
  • Reaching your own individual sales goals and milestones
  • Leading and driving a team of 3 sales associates to increase sales volume for the company
  • Ensuring marketing and sales reports are accurate and timely
  • Completing competitive analysis monthly and as needed of competitors in the local market
  • Executing promotions and working directly with the marketing department
  • Ensuring that our products are delivered on time, in the right quantities, and displayed for maximum impact
  • Facilitating fulfillment, shipping, and handling along with inventory procedures and tracking
  • Managing and performing inventory audits, creating/presenting fact-based presentations and business reviews with individuals and companies interested in our supplement products

QUALIFICATIONS

Successful candidates for this role must possess:

  • English speaking and communication; a second language is a plus.
  • Professionalism, dependability, and desire for challenge

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong influence abilities and a high level of integrity
  • Demonstrated leadership ability and good people skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field, preferred
  • Any other certifications that demonstrate performance results

Work Experience:

  • Demonstrated leadership ability and supervisory experience for a team of sales associates
  • 3-5 years of prior related experience, preferably in the health and wellness field
  • Prior experience in health and wellness products leading a team
  • Experience in selling products B2C and B2B, as both require different approaches

Additional Requirements:

  • Good physical condition with the ability to lift, push/pull, bend, stoop, and kneel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Salesforce software
  • Outgoing, energetic personality with excellent listening skills and ability to persuade others
  • Expert knowledge in the field of practice
  • Ability to work with little supervision and make independent decisions when necessary
  • Understanding of urgency to build sales momentum with the ability to gain referrals and develop new sources of business
  • Ability to implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the sales department
  • Effective follow-through and follow-up with prospective and referral source leads
  • Excellent customer service and hospitality skills
  • Effective networking skills, account management skills, and ability to build rapport and trust quickly
  • Maintaining confidentiality of all proprietary and/or confidential information
  • Understanding and following company policies including harassment and compliance procedures
  • Integrity and professionalism by adhering to the company’s Code of Ethics and completing all required compliance training
  • Authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis
  • Must be 21 years of age or older

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
