What you will do

At Renault Trucks Germany you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large.

You will be a key member of the country management team. You will monitor the financial performance of the sales activities and be a driving force to improve profitability as well as sales processes.

In many occasions, you will be representing the Market Company in front of head-quarters and drive improvement plans.

As the compliance officer, you will be responsible to coordinate and support internal and external audits, legal issues and data protection topics.

Lead the Business Control activities of Renault Trucks Germany.

Align with HQ the financial forecast, performance and follow-up.

Work with Accounting and Tax Shared Services of the Volvo Group to ensure smooth business operations.

Responsible for the overall Sales Support activities (forecast, invoicing…).

Ensuring a sound commercial risk management strategy.

Advise the Managing Director and the Management Team members on the financial developments, potential risks and mitigation plans.

Monitor the performance to ensure the team is focusing on the right activities to reach Business Plan targets.

Who are you?

University degree and / or an MBA (Business Accounting/Administration).

Formal training in leadership, communication and people skills would be valuable.

Demonstrating a high level of competence in each of the Volvo Leadership competencies.

Has a minimum 5 years of senior line management experience.

Broad generalist within functional area.

Good understanding of the retail business & environment and preferably commercial vehicles.

Able to demonstrate a clear vision, global mindset and successful leadership.
