The Strategic Response Manager will support the Strategic Response Team in the development and maintenance of proposal responses needed for the RFP process. You will be owning the initiative and collaborating with the security and other cross-functional teams to assemble the required resources to develop proposal content. The Strategic Response Manager will assist with security questionnaires as needed.

To be qualified for this position you:
  • Have 1-3 years related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or equivalent experience in sales to include business, marketing, RFP management, or client relations.
  • Have strong project management skills.
  • Can manage deadlines and conflicting priorities.
  • Have work experience in some or all of the following fields a plus:
    • Healthcare technology, particularly in Sales, RFP, Procurement, or Customer Service
    • Electronic Data Interchange transactions experience
  • Have worked with Responsive software or other RFP Management Software.
You will set yourself apart with:
  • Previous healthcare experience.
  • Experience managing the RFP process from end to end.
  • Sales and/or marketing experience.
  • Experience with Responsive.
You will be:
  • Utilizing Responsive to assemble and complete the official Availity responses, in writing, for RFPs/RFIs
  • Managing the RFP database and refining and editing RFP messaging.
  • Working with our legal, sales, marketing, product, and IT departments on finalizing responses to the RFPs/RFIs
