What You’ll Do
- Manage multiple kitchen onboarding projects across multiple facilities to ensure kitchens are ready for customers to operate.
- Guide customers in creating their kitchen layout, including food service equipment needs, identifying kitchen improvement scope and costing kitchen construction improvements.
- Manage city or county permitting, licensee communication, project data entry, vendor sourcing and cost negotiation.
- Oversee building and health inspection application, and construction management.
- Liaise between city agencies, contractors, facility managers, design, internal stakeholders, and licensees.
- Maintain up-to-date project status reporting for internal tracking, launch forecasting, and construction cost tracking.
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years' experience within the F&B design and/or construction field. QSR restaurant kitchen construction project management experience preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Experience in supporting a senior-level executive, ideally in a global role.
- Attention to detail and proven organizational skills in a high-paced environment.
- Ability to instill trust and influence.
- A strong sense of urgency and drive to solve problems effectively.

This role is based in Atlanta and is expected to work from our facilities in the area. We believe that people do their best work when they are together. As a company, we’re in the marketplace of ideas and innovation. When you’re constantly innovating, changing how an industry works, inventing new products and processes - and we are doing all these things - we believe we’re better as a team in-person. That’s why all of our teams (except for our field-based roles) are now working from one of our office locations 5 days a week.
