Dalton is seeking an experienced Digital Media Manager to join our dynamic paid media team, leading a large healthcare account. As a Digital Media Manager, you will play a key role in digital media planning, strategy, implementation and campaign management while maximizing conversions and ROI for our clients’ business. This new role can be located in one of our (3) locations: Atlanta GA, Jacksonville FL, or Nashville TN.
What you'll be doing in the role:
- Develop and implement effective digital media strategies aligned with clients business objectives (60% paid search/40% paid social + other digital media)
- Hands on with research, strategy, planning, campaign execution, implementation and optimizations
- Oversee end-to-end management of digital media campaigns across various platforms including the Google Ads suite, as well as various social media platforms, ensuring maximum ROI and adherence to budget constraints
- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and site audits to identify opportunities for optimization
- Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, such as traffic, rankings, and conversions
- Collaborate with internal teams, including account management, creative and web dev, to implement digital media recommendations
- Stay up to date with industry trends, digital marketing technologies and developments to implement cutting edge strategies
What you'll bring to the role:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising or related field
- Five (5) years experience in digital media planning and activation, with at least three (3)years managing & owning campaigns
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to clients and internal stakeholders
- Proven experience in Google Ads (includes paid search, YouTube, Pmax, Demand Gen, GDN, etc.) Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, display/video, etc.
- Fluent in web site tagging and Google Tag Manager
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, GA4 and SEM Rush (Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications are a plus
