Job Details:
Are you a dynamic, energetic sales professional with a knack for driving business growth? We are on the hunt for a seasoned North East Region Territory Manager for our food manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Food, Food Service, Territory Sales, Account Management, Syndicated Data, Hunter, Territory Management, and B2B Sales. With at least 3+ years of experience, you will be the key driver in expanding our market presence and achieving our ambitious sales targets.
Responsibilities:
As the North West Region Sales Manager, your duties will include but are not limited to:
1. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the assigned territory and target segments.
2. Managing and maintaining relationships with key clients and potential customers.
3. Using your expertise in foodservice and manufacturing industry to identify new business opportunities.
4. Conducting market research to understand competitors and market trends.
5. Providing innovative ideas for business growth and acting as a liaison between marketing and sales.
6. Utilizing syndicated data to analyze sales trends and make data-driven decisions.
7. Training, mentoring, and motivating sales team to achieve their sales targets.
8. Managing sales pipeline and coordinating sales operations with other departments.
9. Delivering sales presentations to high-level executives and decision-makers.
Qualifications:
The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Foodservice Territory Sales, Account Management, Broker Management, and Distributor Sales.
3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving sales growth in a business.
4. Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire the sales team.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
6. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
7. Knowledge of market research, sales, and negotiating principles.
8. Outstanding knowledge of the food and manufacturing industry, with a focus on market trends and competitive dynamics.
9. Exceptional customer service attitude with a knack for building strong client relationships.
10. Strong analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
