What you’ve got:

  5. 5+ years experience in restaurant management
  6. Experience in fast casual restaurant chains (preferred)
  7. Managed and developed 25+ team members per shift
  8. Experience in managing P&L and COGS, executing within a budget, decision making, process improvement (lean, six sigma, EOS), labor management/scheduling, training & team development, and food quality assurance
  9. Experience in ensuring safe food handling at a large scale
  10. Managers Food Safety Certification required (ServSafe Managers Certification)
  11. Ability to coordinate multiple tasks such as food, beverage + labor cost while maintaining required standards of operation in daily restaurant activities
  12. Must possess good communication skills for dealing with diverse staff

  4. You’ll be accountable for executing day to day in a way that aligns with our core values and within the budget for your store with particular emphasis on food + labor + supplies.
