Workday HRIS Analyst


Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain the Workday HRIS system, including creating and managing business processes, reports, and securities.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for HRIS-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Develop and deliver user training and documentation to maximize system utilization and efficiency.
  • Stay updated on Workday releases and enhancements, assessing their impact on current processes and making recommendations for improvements. Participate in cross-functional projects, providing HRIS expertise and insights.
  • Conduct continuous improvement projects to optimize system performance, such as improving Workday processes, workflows, integrations, and data integrity.



Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with HRIS/HCM systems, including system implementation and configuration.
  • Preferred: 3-5 years’ experience with a strong focus on Workday software.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in understanding and interpreting complex business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
