Manufacturing Process Engineer

We are seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team and play a crucial role in overseeing and improving wax molding and assembly processes for the production of aerospace titanium castings. • Collaborate with operations and technical personnel to refine production standards and procedures
• Update and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimize production efficiency and quality
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and conduct trials to enhance process efficiency
• Assess quality issues and implement corrective actions to address them effectively
• Work with suppliers to manage materials and evaluate alternative process raw materials to improve cost and quality

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

• B.S. degree in engineering or related field
• 6-10 years of professional work experience in lieu of degree, or a combination of education and work experience required
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, and familiarity with modern CAD programs
• Experience with SAS statistical software preferred

Work Conditions:

• Reasonably good working conditions with some exposure to noise, temperature, and machinery
