ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:

We are seeking a driven, service-oriented, and passionate Sales Coordinator to help us transform how team members all over the world view and interact with their workplace. This role will be responsible for supporting the growth, performance, and effectiveness of our sales organization; ultimately impacting lead generation strategy & efforts, accelerating new customer acquisition, and improving data hygiene through proper CRM administration. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Executes outbound prospecting campaigns, achieving daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).
  • Qualifies prospective customers and initiates a successful handoff of qualified opportunities to the Employee Experience Partners.
  • Collaborates with the Employee Experience Partners to support the sales process and elevate the prospect experience from opportunity creation to close.
  • Ensures data hygiene standards are met, supporting sales with keeping the CRM up to date of all sales activities, relevant notes, and ensuring next steps are always scheduled.
  • Support the sales organization with the completion of RFP's and RFI's.
  • Serves as an Accountability Partner to designated Employee Experience Partners. Ensures that next steps, tasks, outreach, and follow-up are being completed against established due dates and campaign timelines.
  • Partners with designated Employee Experience Partners to identify, engage, and pursue strategic leads.
  • Conducts opportunity check-ins to ensure prospective customers are receiving all the information that they need and are satisfied with the sales experience.
  • Identifies and provides feedback and insights to senior leadership.

  • Open to coaching and constructive feedback; with the ability to translate coaching into action.
  • History of multi-tasking and thriving in a very fast paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential customer records and files in a professional manner
  • History of working with CRM's and sales enablement platforms.
KEY MEASURES OF SUCCESS:
  • Supports the sales organization in achieving 60 net new logos annually.
  • Executes outbound prospecting, qualification, and opportunity advancement campaigns.
  • Maintains proper data hygiene and accuracy within provided CRM and Sales Enablement Platforms.
  • Develops a working understanding of the rewards, recognition, and employee engagement.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Associate or Bachelor's degree combined with relevant experience.
  • 3+ years of sales or sales support experience (account management, business development, customer success, etc.).
  • Tech savvy. Ability to interact with, navigate, configure, and use various web technologies. Strong MS Office skills with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to interact with and effectively work within provided CRM and sales enablement tools.
  • Strong and effective communication skills (verbal, written, non-verbal).
  • Excellent customer service skills required. Proven ability to graciously deal with all types of customers.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. Must thrive in deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Desire to become a Subject Mater Expert in the area of: Employee Engagement, Culture, Rewards, and Recognition.
