Customer Service Representative -- Hillsboro, OhioPrimary Duties and Responsibilities:Opens new accounts, refers, and cross-sells the company's products and servicesParticipates with branch management in maintaining a customer-focused environment and developing new ideas to increase business that will help achieve customer relationship objectivesProvide exceptional customer serviceOpens new accounts for bank products and services and expands existing customer relationships through cross-selling or referring products and services to the appropriate areasAssists customers in person or by phone with Bank products and services to develop new business and to retain or expand existing businessMaintain and balance cash drawer, balance and service automatic teller machine, and assist with night depositsWorks with branch management to implement activities to ensure branch profit goals are achievedAssists the branch management team in coaching and training the teller staff to help develop skills and achieve branch sales goalsWorks with branch Tellers on warm hand-off proceduresAssists branch personnel with operational duties and on Teller line as neededOther duties as assignedQualifications/Skills and Knowledge Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalent required. 2+ years of experience in financial industry preferredAbility to effectively utilize a computer and other standard office equipmentAbility to effectively communicate orally and in writingMust maintain a friendly, courteous and professional demeanorCustomer service and cash handling skills requiredHow to Apply:
