Territory Sales Manager

Will be responsible for growing EverCharge's presence in your sales territory. You are a self-starter who enjoys engaging and closing sales with key accounts in EverCharge's targeted business segments, including but not limited to multi-family dwelling complexes, car dealership groups, hospitality, corporate workplace employers, municipal government, parking management, and fleet operators.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and sell to key customers in EverCharge's targeted business segments
  • Present EverCharge's EV charging solution and its clear technological advantages to customers
  • Become an expert in your local sales territory and prioritize business focus based on 'sweet spots' for EverCharge technology
  • Develop and share best practice prospecting and sales strategies
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Create long term customer relationships that lead to business expansion and customer referrals
  • Communicate effectively with internal sales, marketing, and post-sales support teams to ensure smooth customer experience and post-sales handoff
  • Become the go-to resource in your sales territory for EV charging needs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
  • Minimum 5 years of direct outside sales experience
  • Ability to prospect and connect with decision makers at targeted accounts
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Track record of sales performance with tangible results
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Self-starter with a no excuses, results-oriented attitude
  • Ability to make effective sales presentations
  • Candidates demonstrating exceptional qualities for sales success in lieu of minimum sales experience may be considered

Job Title and Compensation:

  • The base salary range for this position is between $65,000 and $117,000, based on full-time employment.
  • Actual salaries are based on several factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, experience, certifications, and work location.
