Position Overview

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic roadmap for software products at Aunalytics. You will be accountable for ensuring that solutions meet the company’s strategic objectives while also delivering indisputable value to our clients.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Own the product vision and develop a strategic roadmap to fulfill it

  2. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the market by gathering and analyzing market insights, user targets, user needs, user personas, competitors, and competitive solutions

  3. Create and manage the product strategy, considering company objectives, market insights, and user feedback

  4. Lead product planning and design efforts by prioritizing opportunities, shaping the value proposition, defining expected outcomes, building prototypes, and composing product initiatives

  5. Collaborate with stakeholders throughout the software development process to ensure that Go-To-Market and Operational Readiness artifacts are created in accordance with the “definition of done”

  6. Collaborate with Release management team for Go/No-Go decisions based on market ready standards

  7. Establish positive, productive working relationships across departments and with cross-functional teams

  8. Oversee product launch efforts by managing the market introduction plan including product promotion, packaging, pricing, reporting, service wrap-around, training, and resources

  9. Manage overall product performance by gathering user feedback, evaluating metrics and KPIs, and adjusting product strategy

  10. Assist with user/prospect questions, requests, trainings, demos, and presentation

Preferred Skills:

  1. Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of product management or product development experience

  2. Proven experience crafting a product vision and executing a strategic roadmap toward that vision

  3. Balance of technical knowledge and business acumen

  4. Experience with data visualization, dashboarding, and reporting; as well concepts related to data lakes and data marts

  5. Significant experience with data integration and data management concepts

  6. Proactive, self-starter with excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  8. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment

  9. High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability

  10. Experience launching software or services in partnership with engineering teams and high degree of proficiency in prototyping, iterative development, and understanding of Agile principles

  11. Experience mentoring less experienced product management team members
