Project Manager Civil

This role is for a Project Manager with in the Civil Industry!

Responsibilities include:

• Contract Management from beginning to the end.
• Managing a Bridge and Road crew in the field.
• Interacting with Owners and Suppliers.
• Negotiating Project Specs and Conversion Rates.
• Negotiating Purchase Orders, Forecasting, Scheduling Resources, Estimating and Planning Production.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with Road and Bridge is a must.
• Managing a Road or Bridge team is a must.
• Experience is key to this role.
• Experience managing complex project from start to finish.
• Experience analyzing production data.
• Ability to think on their feet, with sudden issues that may arise.

(Not looking for an Owner's Rep).

This position includes:

Annual Bonus.

All national holidays off.

Work life balance (Flexibility if needed for kids events etc).

60-70% in office, 30% in the field, Car Allowance/Gas Card.
