About the Role:

This full-time role is a part of our Quality Team team and reports to the Quality Manager.


Responsibilities:

  • Work with customers to obtain all necessary APQP documents including Process Flow, PFMEA, and Control Plans.
  • Support internal as well as third party ISO: 9001:2015 Quality Management System audits and ISO-IATF 16949.
  • Serve as main contact for external customer concerns. Monitor, respond, initiate corrective actions, follow up, close and track customer complaints.
  • Drive implementation of a progressive quality system to prevent defects and meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Drive implementation of all quality policies and required operating procedures and work instructions.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with customers, suppliers, and in-plant personnel.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum six (6) years’ experience in quality engineering.
  • Solid working knowledge of PPAP processes.
  • Responsible for reading and understanding the ISO- IATF 16949.
  • Knowledge of core tools.
