What you'll work on:

  1. VISION: Utilizing your expertise and experience to craft and execute vision focused on operations, franchisee support, leadership, and overall growth, including much of the following:
  2. Develop and execute operational strategies to support the growth of That1Painter, while maintaining exceptional service quality and customer satisfaction.
  3. Lead a high-performing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational efforts with overall business objectives.
  5. Streamline and optimize operational processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing innovative solutions.
  6. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase sales across the franchise network.
  7. Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess operational performance and drive data-driven decision-making.
  8. Establish relationships with franchise owners, providing support, guidance, and resources to drive their success.
  9. Contribute to the development of training programs and materials to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery across franchises.
  10. Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the franchise landscape.

What you'll bring with you:

  • Experience and expertise within the painting industry, ideally in a franchise setting (8+ years)
  • Proven leadership skills managing a highly successful team (8+ years)
  • Ambition for reaching new heights professionally, Vision for creating plans, and Prowess to successfully execute
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
