Job description
MUST HAVES:
1) Hands on experience in rodent animal handling and in-life measurements.
2) Hands on experience with bleeding and sample collection
3) Dosing animals with different route of administration including PO, IP, and SC.
PURPOSE: Responsible for performing high level of animal handing, dosing, sample collections and data recordings. Contribute technical assistance to research projects in the NNRC rodent facility.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Minimum of 3 years experience in animal science / lab support
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Hands on experience in rodent animal handling and in-life measurements.
• Hands on experience with bleeding and sample collection
• Dosing animals with different route of administration including PO, IP, and SC.
• Performs sample and data collection
• Performs necropsy and tissue collection
