~Vice President, Application Product Owner~ (Hybrid)

We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President to join our ESO team. This role is located in Lake Mary, FL, and is a hybrid position.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Operate effectively as Product Owner of an enterprise application.
- Coordinate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver Agile technology solutions across enterprise systems (Ivalua Source-to-Pay, IHS Markit KY3P, and SirionLabs).
- Actively collect and revise end user story submissions that can be converted to JIRA.
- Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) among technical and business teams; developing test scripts, acceptance criteria, and backout plans.
- Monitor and collaborate with end users and stakeholders to continually drive improvements to the program's systems and processes.
- Partner with corporate technology and reporting teams to ensure consistent data and processes to enable effective integration with reporting platforms.
- Develop system onboarding and migration plans to effectively move processes and functions to new or different enterprise systems.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in technology, business, supply chain management, finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience. Seven to 10 years applicable experience preferred.
- Knowledge of procurement and governance, risk, compliance (GRC) and contract authoring platforms including Ivalua and SirionLabs preferred.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and writing skills, with the ability to engage at all levels within the organization, including senior management, as well as with suppliers.
- Highly organized individual, with excellent time management skills and the flexibility to handle multiple projects.
- Ability to start and finish tasks with minimal management oversight and maintain a positive attitude.
- Highly proficient in MS Office Suite.
