This position will be a hybrid work arrangement, which translates to 2-3 days minimum per week in the office.

Position Overview

The Project Manager will lead our Operational Diligence team (within the CAO office) through global project initiatives to establish new offices and/or processes aimed at increasing efficiency and scalability. A strong candidate will have experience delivering solutions from project conceptualization and/or initiation through implementation and analytical experience with leading and developing new initiatives. They will assist with assembling appropriate project team members, establishing project scope, mitigating project risks, and delivering against defined success criteria.

Ideal Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is someone who is/has:

  • Understanding and application of Project Management approach, methodology, and tools, with a proven track record of leading and delivering cross-functional projects within the agreed upon scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Experience running large multi-departmental project initiatives.
  • Ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Strong influencing skills and can successfully drive project efforts.
  • Ability to hold self and others accountable to agreed-upon timetables and appropriately raise areas of risk.
  • Excellent facilitation, verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills collaborating with all levels across different functional teams.
  • Experience of leading technology projects and vetting and selecting vendors.
  • Familiarity with data technology tools, including PowerBI, Tableau, and/or Visio.
  • Able to develop relevant and effective content to progress initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills, flexibility, responsiveness, and creativity.

Responsibilities

What you will do:

  • You will plan, design, prioritize, lead, and carry out project plans to ensure timely delivery in a dynamic environment.
  • Develop and maintain project execution plans specifying tasks, dependencies, resources, timing, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
  • Provide proactive communication for management to understand needs, communicate status and lead problem resolution.
  • Define, discover, document, or standardize processes as appropriate.
  • You will support moderate to large complex cross-departmental efforts.
  • You will demonstrate problem solving and influencing skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent.
  • You will build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional partners to understand processes and achieve results.
  • Identify ways to improve and refine processes.
  • Prepare project updates and status reports to ensure team members and senior leaders are advised in an executive-ready format.
  • Construct playbooks, checklists, procedures, and workflows using technology to facilitate the continuous implementation of established processes.
  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities within daily activities and work across teams to craft solutions and implement improved ways of working.
  • Plan and schedule regular meetings for the project teams and various cross-functional groups.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of relevant project management experience; Project Management (PMP) or Program Management (PgMP) certification preferred.
