Trade Execution/Securities Analyst

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Trade Execution/Securities Analyst for an immediate contract opportunity. The ideal candidate understands exchange rules, brokerage/commission fees, has previously worked at a Futures Clearing Merchant and has strong GMI experience. Job Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main contact for top institutional clients, handling Futures & Options and OTC clearing.
  
• Provide exceptional support in trade/position management, relationship management, and market/product inquiries.
  
• Act as a subject matter expert for client queries on trades, positions, lifecycle events, commissions, and reporting.
  
• Research and coordinate internally to resolve client queries and escalations.
  
• Manage client outreach, especially around last trade dates and options expiries.
  
• Facilitate client access to the Mercury portal and promote self-service opportunities.
  
• Maintain regular communication with the Marketing team and track client concerns.
  
• Conduct regular meetings with priority clients to discuss metrics, issues, and strategic focus areas, ensuring follow-up with call reports.
  
• Collaborate with Client Service Relationship Managers to prioritize and resolve outstanding issues.
  
• Maintain up-to-date client profiles, procedures, and contact information.
  

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree.
  
• Prior work at a Futures Clearing Merchant.
  
• GMI experience required, (FIS SunGard and/or FIA Tech Systems)
  
• Knowledge of exchange rules.
  
• Experience and understanding of deliveries process.
  
• Experience and understanding of brokerage and commission fees.
  
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint Skills.
  
• Strong experience executing and clearing futures and derivatives on global markets.
  

Worksite Type: hybrid
Pay : $45-48/hr
Pay Details: $40.00 to $45.00 per hour
