Duties & Responsibilities:
- Smiles and attends to the needs of park
- Follows established guidelines for grooming, uniform, and operating policies and procedures outlined in the General Handbook and Department SOPs.
- Conducts daily inspections, including, but not limited to, morning and evening facility walk-through to maintain standards of safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.
- Coordinates cleanliness of the work areas in the
- Ensures positive guest relations and guest
- Handles special situations involving operational issues and guest or employee
- Performs specific job functions including, but not limited to, cleanliness of all guest and employee areas in and around the park.
- Responds to appropriate codes that go over the radio communication system as directed by the Park Service Supervisor.
- Performs job functions within all policies and procedures as noted in the
- Ensures proper use of all safety equipment and personal protective
- Communicates with Park Service Supervisor regarding daily operations in the department and specific employee needs.
- Performs other duties as needed
