Description:
The Chief Nursing Officer is responsible for the clinical practice of nursing, which includes directing all services provided by the Nursing Services Department. As a member of senior management, the Chief Nursing Officer will oversee the following responsibilities:

1. Direct the provision of 24-hour nursing services for the facility.
2. Review the progress, quality, and effectiveness of all nursing programs.
3. Establish methods for evaluating nursing care practices and formulate plans for new programs and changes to existing programs.
4. Consult with the CEO on the development of long and short-term facility projects, goals, and objectives of Nursing Services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited school of nursing; Master's Degree in psychiatric nursing or related field required.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Massachusetts.
• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in nursing administration and/or dedicated leadership experience in psychiatric nursing.
• Additional Skill Requirements: A thorough knowledge of The Joint Commission, Medicare, OSHA regulations, and all other state and federal regulatory standards.
• Successful completion of CPR certification and CPI training to within 30 days of employment prior to assisting with restraining procedures.

Pay: $160,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
