Location: Saint Louis, Missouri
Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Salary Range: $42,500 - $46,780 per year
Note: This is an on-site position; attendance at our Saint Louis office is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with order processing, returns, and general support.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update relevant information.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex customer requests.
  • Stay informed about product updates and company policies to better assist customers.

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
