**Job Title:** Registered Nurse (RN)

**Experience:** Minimum 2 years in Med Surg

**Certifications:** BLS, NIH
**Must-Have:** Meditech experience
**Job Description:**
- Work in a joint commission accredited facility with a focus on various medical services, including cancer and cardiac care, orthopedics, imaging, and surgical services.
- Must be flexible to float as a second nurse and assist in Telemetry and Emergency Department as needed.
- Manage patient ratios of 6:1 up to 7:1 on a 22-bed unit catering to adult and geriatric patients.
- Requires the ability to adapt to schedule changes to meet unit needs.
- Engage with a diverse patient population, focusing on surgical and psychiatric treatments.
- Maintain professionalism and adhere to the dress code policy of scrubs in any color.
- Demonstrate a family-oriented personality and ability to work collaboratively with team members.
- Participate in bi-weekly orientation sessions.
- Proximity to attractions such as universities and coastal areas, offering an enriching professional and personal experience.
