Staff Accountant

arrivia , a leading travel provider, is seeking a talented Staff Accountant to join our growing accounting team. As a vital member, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our financial records.
Here's what you'll do:

• Month-end Close Champion: Oversee and contribute to the timely and accurate completion of month-end close procedures.
• Financial Detective: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to identify trends, variances, and potential risks.
• Reconciliation Ace: Perform accurate and timely reconciliations of key general ledger accounts.
• Reporting Rockstar: Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Project Powerhouse: Collaborate with finance team members on various ad-hoc projects and initiatives.

We're looking for someone who:

• Holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• Has 1-2 years of experience in a corporate accounting role.
• Demonstrates strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software. (Experience with Acumatica or OneStream is a plus!)
• Possesses excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Maintains a meticulous eye for detail and accuracy.
• Thrives in a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Can seamlessly switch between independent work and team projects.
