ESI's First Choice Service Coordinator provides administrative support to the First Choice Service team. Coordinators streamline processes, manage documentation, and ensure seamless communication. With unwavering dedication, they drive success, making every detail count.


This role will be located at our Headquarters located in Meridian, ID .


Responsibilities

  • Provide essential administrative support to the First Choice Service team, ensuring seamless operations and execution of all First Choice Service trainings, projects, and Customer Survey Calls.
  • Communicate effectively and work collaboratively within the First Choice Service team and across all ESI Divisions and Support Units to provide First Choice Service solutions and training.
  • Process incoming Customer Survey Call requests and completed Customer Survey Calls including project evaluation, audio file, and transcript.
  • Maintain Customer Survey Calls Queue and associated documentation.
  • Prepare for meetings and training courses and assist in maintaining the First Choice Service Training Calendar.
  • Process sign-ups for First Choice Service training courses.
  • Set up and take down for First Choice Service training courses and assist the First Choice Service Director during training sessions as needed.
  • Schedule and process travel and accommodation arrangements for the First Choice Service Director.
  • Schedule and set up Site Visits (local and out of town) for the First Choice Service Director.
  • Take minutes during meetings and prepare meeting recaps as needed.
  • Maintain First Choice Service information in CRM software (Salesforce).
  • Assist with maintaining the First Choice Service Director’s calendar as it relates to work.
  • Assist with tracking monthly First Choice Service statistics.
  • Assist with expense reimbursements.
  • Represent and promote ESI company culture and core values.
  • Manage documentation archival, contributing to our knowledge base and enhancing our organizational efficiency.


Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required; associate or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative support role.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service-focused role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Programs, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, is required.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, fostering effective communication both verbally and in written form.
  • Demonstrates the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills and keen attention to detail are essential.
  • History of delivering excellent customer service.
  • Embodies leadership, integrity, perseverance, reliability, respect, and self-discipline.
  • Demonstrates personal motivation, initiative, and strong potential for growth.
