Coordinator, Inventory

Job Summary

Inventory Coordinators provide support to all areas of distribution operations. Primary focus on labor activities, data analytics and reporting labor and building metrics.

Job Description

• Experience Required: 0 to 6 months
• Experience Desired: 1-3 years experience: MS Excel, working on a team in an office environment. Data analytics or database knowledge a plus
• Detail oriented
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Team player and eager to learn
• Work on site (6:00 am - 2:00 pm)
• Possible weekend hours
• Education Desired: High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification or Licensing Required: None
• Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds
• Travel Required: None
• Age Requirement: At least 18 years of age

Job Responsibilities

• Assist management team with all requests

• Complete daily labor corrections in labor management system

• Process daily & weekly PCWs (Performance Counseling Worksheet)

• Finalize and upload weekly incentive reports

• Complete daily labor templates and update building KPI reports

• Enter new hires into labor management system

• Organize and file team member labor performance reports

• Communicate with multiple building operation teams, HR and union about labor data.

• Audit labor letters for signature
