As an Analytic Solutions Architect with INTEGRITYOne Partners, you will be at the tip-of-the-spear delivering software solutions that directly impact our clients' law enforcement mission. Every day, you'll work with dedicated team members and clients to solve complex technical problems and develop software and systems to keep our country safe and secure. This includes requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and data and analytics solutions delivery.

To thrive in this role, you must have experience working in cross-functional teams, delivering results over 2-4 week sprints, be intellectually curious, have the drive to learn, identify and solve complex problems, and enjoy a high-tempo environment. Our clients need and demand results immediately.

We're looking for a Solutions Architect with demonstrated experience in Agile software development in the Data Analytics space. In this role, you will:

  1. Leverage your 3+ years combined experience in software development and solution architecture, preferably including analytics solutions and systems.
  2. Evaluate multiple technology alternatives and select preferred options based on various factors, including cost, complexity, time to develop, and operations and maintenance factors.
  3. Demonstrate your experience with Data Warehouses and Data Lakes, preferably including Operational Data Lakes, Delta Lakes, Databricks, or other platforms that support modern analytics.
  4. Design and develop scalable, high-performance, and highly available applications and systems components.
  5. Demonstrate excellent communication, facilitation, mediation, and consultative skills by working directly with our clients, team members, and other development teams.
  6. Develop written deliverables and clearly communicate problems, issues, and outcomes.
  7. Solve complex business issues, demonstrating strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  8. Collaborate with team members and clients to iteratively develop, validate, and operate software at scale using Agile techniques.
  9. Use your experience in responding to client requirements in tight timeframes, government or otherwise – this entails flexibility in both work location (work from home but may need to meet ad hoc with the client with little notice) and hours (occasional off-hours on-call shifts).
  10. Be the type of person who wants to grow their career and technical and consulting capabilities in the Federal environment.

Requirements:

  1. Our contract requires that you are a US Citizen and can obtain and maintain a DHS 6C (Public Trust). This requirement is not negotiable for this role. Please do not apply if you do not meet this requirement.
  2. Bachelor's degree or beyond; a computer science background is recommended but not required if suitable experience can be demonstrated.
