The Concur Business Systems Analyst role will be a member of the Spend & Finance Systems group under the Enterprise Technology team. The primary responsibilities of the BSA will be to support the intricacies involved with supporting the user-base of Concur’s Travel & Expense Platform. The individual will work closely with business partners in the Accounts Payable team in gathering requirements, designing, maintaining, and deploying solutions. A strong technical understanding of the Travel & Expense (T&E) process is required to be successful in this role.

As a Concur Business Systems Analyst you will:

  1. Work with business partners in Accounts Payable to document requirements, develop and design solutions within Concur
  2. Maintain a good change management process for SOX purposes
  3. Maintain clear and detailed documentation on enhancements, customizations including workflows, integrations, and reports in a functional requirements document
  4. Periodically check on integration emails to analyze failures and resolve issues
  5. Partner with other BSAs / Developers to perform regression testing for major releases
  6. Coordinate UAT with business partners to test deployments prior to releases
  7. Participate in Sprint planning and daily stand-up meetings
  8. Support a user-base of 2800+ employees for Concur
  9. Triage, analyze, respond, resolve and close out JIRA tickets in a timely manner
  10. Develop complex reports with multiple table joins and dashboards per business needs
  11. Proactive approach to monitor communication channels and JIRAs, to reach out and follow up as needed
  12. Familiar with Credit card programs and statements
  13. Hands-on experience with Concur’s workflow, reporting, and audit rule creations
  14. Experience working with Travel Management Companies

We're excited about you if you have:

  1. Must have 3-5 years strong experience working with Concur or an equivalent Travel & Expense platform
  2. Sprint / Agile development experience highly preferred
  3. Familiarity with using JIRA or similar ticketing systems
  4. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Accounting, Information Systems or related experience
  5. Experience in Excel or Google Sheets, including Pivot tables and lookups

You may also have:

  1. Cognos/SQL relational database reporting experience
  2. Experience working in a private company with public company standards (SOX-compliant)
  3. Familiarity with integration diagramming tools like Miro or Visio
  4. General accounting concepts or Accounts Payable experience
  5. Experience with IT Application repositories such as Zylo
  6. Netsuite ERP experience
  7. Strong verbal communication skills, including presentation skills and running meetings
  8. Experience in areas of Electronic Payments including ACH, Wire, Checks, Corporate credit card handling
  9. Credit card statement imports including MCC codes
  10. Procure-to-Pay experience a plus
