Remote Tax Associate - 2+ Years Tax Experience Required

What you'll bring:

• Minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns using commercial tax prep software.
• Passionate about helping clients navigate tax complexities and enhancing our brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes.
• Excellent customer service skills and excitement to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.

What You Need:

• You must possess or be able to obtain any related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds and an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN).
• Must have (or be willing to obtain) a dedicated hardwired internet connection that meets Intuit Security criteria.
• Willing and available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.

How you will lead:

• Help customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products by providing tax advice, full service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries.
• Utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to deliver the right answer to the customer using everyday language.
• Virtual, customer-facing role using state-of-the-art video communication software to interact with customers and document interactions for accurate records.
