Job Summary: Vaco is currently working with a company and they have an opening for an HR Director who will be responsible for driving full cycle HR such as operations, performance management, learning & development, HRIS systems, etc. Ideal candidate should have 10 years of HR experience in a Director/VP level. Client is offering work from home options plus healthy benefits and bonus.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide HR leadership, serving as main point of contact for operations
2. Providing human resources advice to management
3. Updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines
4. Interpret and implement HR policies
5. Manage employee relation inquiries
6. Develop internal talents and process performance reviews
7. Develop and organize the implementation of all new employees' onboarding and orientation
8. Talent Acquisition/Recruiting functions

Essentials/Education:

1. Bachelor's degree in HR or Business
2. Experience as a Director or VP
3. 9+ years in full cycle human resources
4. Proven ability to act as a leader
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Experience with an HRIS
