Vagaro is seeking a results-driven and consultative Mid-Market Account Executive to turn prospects into long-lasting partners and Vagaro ambassadors. The Mid-Market Account Executive will drive revenue growth by understanding client needs and offering strategic solutions. A successful candidate will have experience with SaaS systems and full sales cycle B2B sales, ideally within the beauty, aesthetics, or self-care market.

How You Will Contribute

  • Source, identify, and cultivate new prospects while maintaining a qualified pipeline of leads.
  • Regularly follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and advance sales opportunities.
  • Plan and manage sales activities, including pipeline management and forecasting in Salesforce.
  • Handle the entire sales lifecycle, from lead identification and meetings to deal structuring and contract negotiation.
  • Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase Vagaro's solutions and value proposition.
  • Devote about half your time to these activities to maximize client engagement.
  • Work closely with other teams, such as Customer Success and Imports & Onboarding, to ensure a smooth customer experience.
  • Collaborate to address client needs and deliver seamless service.
  • Stay up-to-date with business trends and the competitive landscape to position Vagaro's products effectively.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by offering insights and tailored recommendations.

Who We Are Searching For

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience, preferably with SMB or mid-market clients.
  • Background in the beauty, aesthetics, or self-care market is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with sales tools such as Salesforce.
  • Organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Keen sense of urgency and action-oriented mindset.
