Job Description

Dynamic, Entrepreneurial Marketing Consulting Company is seeking a MarTech Data Analyst to support our Fortune 100 financial services client’s AdTech organization in accelerating the end-to-end data operation of acquisition marketing campaigns. The individual will partner closely with the AdTech Product team and key data engineering, marketing, and vendor partners to deliver optimal enterprise approaches to data onboarding, audience segmentation, modeling, and measurement.

As a data specialist, this individual will act as a key bridge between technical data engineers and digital marketers to ensure campaign performance while aligning to AdTech and architectural best practices. They must be up-to-speed on the latest developments in MarTech and data privacy including 3rd party cookie deprecation, vendor capabilities, and identity solutions. The right candidate will also have experience working with data clean rooms to deliver measurement, modeling, and attribution solutions.

What You’ll Do
  • Translate marketing requirements to optimal data solutions in partnership with engineering.
  • Ensure that privacy and compliance requirements are followed, along with AdTech best practices.
  • Act as thought leader for marketing data enablement across multiple AdTech products.
  • Deliver solutions for owned and vendor-managed clean rooms.
  • Advise on optimal audience data formats and segmentation to fuel acquisition campaigns.
  • Recommend best-in-class approaches to identifiable, pseudo-anonymized and anonymized data-delivery across open ad exchanges and walled gardens.
  • Support closed-loop measurement and modeling solutions across online and offline data.
  • Recommend enterprise solutions in support of multiple business lines leveraging a converge/diverge approach to data aggregation and delivery to multiple end points.
  • Stay abreast of AdTech/data trends in the marketplace and educate key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to uphold platform activation priorities and vision.
  • Partner closely with Data Engineering and Architecture on hardened technical solutions.
  • Participate in forums with line of business marketers to deeply understand performance goals.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience creating AdTech data solutions and managing AdOps
  • Ability to work with marketing, analytical, and technical teams to deliver balanced solutions.
  • Knowledge and experience working with key Ad partners – Google, Meta, AMZ
  • Knowledge and experience working with key identity partners – LiveRamp, Axciom, Merkle
  • Hands-on data and analytics experience including onboarding, attribution, and measurement.
  • Knowledge and experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Desired Skills
  • Experience in Amazon Marketing Cloud
  • Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Experience with cloud-native data storage solutions (Snowflake)
  • Experience with data coding languages (SQL, R, Python)
  • Agency AdTech and MarTech experience
  • Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or other technical fields

Additional Information
The starting pay range for this role is $52.00 - $57.00 per hour. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, certifications, training, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range and determining factors for compensation are considered for each individual circumstance.
