Site Support Head Start East Bay Community Action Program

East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP) is seeking a full-time Site Support Staff for our Head Start Program on Turner Avenue in East Providence. Head Start is an Early Childhood Education program for children aged birth to 5.

The Site Support Staff plays a versatile role in coverage of several areas, such as the kitchen, front desk, and/or in the classrooms. The successful candidate will:

1. Prepare and deliver meals and snacks to the classrooms.
2. Maintain a clean and safe kitchen.
3. Communicate with the caterer as needed.
4. Follow all food handling procedures as well as food allergy protocols under the direction of the Nutrition Manager.
5. Provide a presence at the front desk and in classrooms, as necessary.

A Food ServeSafe Certificate is preferred, but not required.
