Construction Project Manager

Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage residential construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met and all work is completed on time and within budget.
- Communicate with clients to establish project goals and provide progress updates.
- Prepare project budgets, estimate costs, and develop project schedules.
- Review project plans, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance with building codes and safety standards.
- Monitor project progress and track expenses to ensure completion within budget.
- Identify and address project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project reports.
- Manage project teams and provide guidance and support to team members.
Qualifications:
- Prefer candidates with existing relationships with Architects in the Bay Area.
- Respect for architecture and interior design
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite and Procore.
- Bachelor's degree: preferably in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in high-end custom residential construction project management in the San Francisco Bay Area
- Strong knowledge of residential construction techniques, materials, and methods.
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Salary and Benefits
- Full time
- Salary $110,000 - $160,000 per year, Depending on Experience.
