About the role…
YOOBIC is looking for an experienced Presales Solutions Consultant to join our growing US based team in NYC. You will become the prime partner for our Strategic Account Executives - building up our operations and qualifying opportunities.
As a Solution Consultant, you will lead technical conversations with prospective clients, driving frontline transformation strategies, and building return on investment business cases that articulate the value YOOBIC will bring to an organization.
Using your expertise and insight gained from working on deals, you will also give feedback to our Product team to continuously improve the YOOBIC platform offering.
What you'll be doing in the role…
- Partner with the full sales ecosystem to shape the frontline employee engagement vision of prospective clients and present the YOOBIC solution that will bring that vision to life.
- Work with Account Executives to qualify with buyers that the YOOBIC solution will demonstrate criteria, and sales cycle closure plans.
- Build relationships with customers to identify their current circumstances, their customer and frontline employee needs, and the business value of fulfilling those needs.
- Craft a story using in-depth YOOBIC product knowledge solution via in person and remote demonstrations that links the value of solving client problems with YOOBIC differentiators.
- Solution with buyers to determine how YOOBIC fits into their overall technology strategy.
- Work with the Product, R&D and Professional Services teams to feedback on current products and provide input to new solutions.
- Collaborate with colleagues and external stakeholders to craft RFI / RFP submissions, and answer security questionnaires.
- Continuously learn and grow your knowledge of the YOOBIC product and your buyers industry.
Before you apply, consider if you are…
- Expert (5+ years in frontline employee engagement SaaS platforms incorporating all elements of employee communication, operations, and education).
- Experienced in supporting and closing strategic deals of $300k+ annual contract value (ACV).
- A fanatic of Sales methodologies like MEDDPICC, Command of the Message, Challenger Sale, Miller-Heiman, or something similar.
- A solutions mindset - our largest and most advanced merchants like to push the boundaries of commerce and will often custom build solutions to achieve their goals.
- Demonstrate excellent business and technical presentation skills, communication (oral & written), and relationship building skills, across all levels of management from frontline employees to C-level leadership audience.
- Clearly understand a technical strategy as it relates to operating and growing businesses with a significant frontline workforce (80%+ of company employees).
- Passionate to collaborate in a team-selling environment and share your expertise to help others learn.
- Lifelong Learner who is self-motivated to gain new skills and understand new technology, including comfort with technical concepts and ability to become a subject matter expert with new technology applications.
We’d be particularly excited if you have…
- Significant experience in fast-growing start-ups/scale-ups with organizations growing from 150 employees to 1,000+ employees that work at an unrelenting pace.
- Understanding of diverse industries with a high number of frontline employees (2,500+) and locations (500+), i.e. retail, grocery, telecommunication, hospitality, etc.
- Business level fluency in other languages (French/Spanish/Italian).
Compensation
We’re looking to pay between $140,000 and $160,000 for this role as a base based on experience, plus a bonus which is based on the deals you’ve supported closing. The on target earnings (OTE) for this position is between $180 - $210k.
