- Generate and distribute monthly rent invoices to tenants
- Record, apply, and deposit rent receipts and other cash payments
- Reconcile accounts receivable, collaborate with Property Management on delinquencies
- Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements
- Manage accounts payable - vendor payments, invoice approval/entry
- Assist in creating annual property budgets - enter fixed expenses
- Enter approved budgets, provide budget vs. actual variance reports
- Record key lease inputs in accounting system
- Support property manager with annual CAM reconciliations
