Senior Business Tax Specialist

Overview

Intuit is seeking a Senior Business Tax Specialist to join our team. This position involves providing expert guidance, tax preparation, and explanations of tax and technical terms to clients. The successful candidate will manage complex business tax returns for partnerships and S corporations, as well as shape the direction of our newest product offering, TurboTax Live Business.

What you'll bring

• 3+ years of recent experience preparing federal and state business tax returns for at least 20 clients per season
• 2+ seasons of personal tax preparation experience
• Proficient with technology and commercial tax preparation software
• Strong customer service skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills

How you will lead

• Interact with clients virtually using state-of-the-art video communications software
• Provide tax advice, full service business return preparation, and product/software inquiries to TurboTax Business customers
• Document customer interactions and work toward meeting company key performance metrics
