Senior Fund Operations Associate

The Atlantic Group has partnered with a prestigious global investment firm in Boston that is looking for a talented Senior Fund Operations Associate to join their team!

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage finance functions and processes for multi-asset class funds with substantial assets under management.
• Support client and research teams by reviewing and approving accounting reports from third-party administrators, including NAVs, capital call/distribution calculations, and client statements.
• Serve as project coordinator for strategic and operational initiatives, with a focus on automation and data management.
• Oversee third-party relationships with banks and fund administrators.
• Facilitate communications related to funds between internal teams and external providers.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external service providers to resolve client issues, reduce redundancies, and maintain industry standards.
• Mentor and coach junior team members.

Qualifications / Attributes:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field with a strong academic record.
• 3+ years of experience in private funds, with a solid understanding of hedge fund or private equity operations and financial reporting.
• Familiarity with a range of financial products and investment strategies.
• Proficient in data analysis and technical tools, especially Microsoft Excel.
